Ireland has a new Criminal Mastermind:
DUBLIN, Ireland—Ireland’s police announced a manhunt Thursday for a beer bandit who drove into the Guinness brewery and left with 450 full kegs.
The full article suggests that the beer would be hard to unload unless the beer burgler has a vast network of associates who own pubs. Yeh… That’s possible but I have an alternate explanation that only involves a network of 15 to 20 guys.

I am holding a DVD case for the movie Clueless. It was purchased in 1999 and is from the “Paramount Widescreen Collection”. On the back, there is a photo from the movie of Alicia Silverstone holding 3 bags…the yellow one on the bottom right is clearly labeled with the name of the store from which it came. What’s the name of that designer (brand)?

Who is the contact for the Boston Chapter of Noise Free America?
If you look at the ‘legal agenda’ of Noise Free America you will probably laugh. I came across them only because I was using google to search for the legal decibel limit for automobile horns (I am interested in installing a train horn on my truck, but I am worried it will shatter the skull of any human within 50 feet of me. Including my skull). Anyways, they are a bunch of joyless curmudgeons.
By the way, I am NOT suggesting that anyone contact the local contact. He/She clearly has enough to worry about..what with all the air vibrating around them all the time.

Yes it’s true. I will be testing out some new sound equipment tomorrow night. I am not promising that it will be a permanent change but it’s a possibility. I expect it to be much better for a number of reasons but I would appreciate feedback from you guys. Can you hear me better? (Louder, clearer?) Can you hear the music better? Not only are the speakers newer and more powerful but I got some stand which might mean that instead of the audio blasting in your faces it will…well..not blast you in the face and reach people farther away from my table aka “The Corner of the Trivia Universe”. You didn’t know that universes had corners did you?
